Vision Statement
Once elected as the Councilman for the 12th District, I would represent the neighborhoods of Canoga Park, Chatsworth, Encino, Granada Hills, Lake Balboa, North Hills, Northridge, Porter Ranch, Reseda, a section of West Van Nuys, West Hills, and Winnetka. I would be honored to be elected to represent the community in which I have lived for the past 37 years.
As a resident of District 12, I clearly understand the needs of the local communities. I strive to create a better environment for the people of the San Fernando Valley. “The Valley” is a unique place where many cultures come together to better the lives of their families. Generations of families continue to grow their families in our wonderful community and young families from all over the Los Angeles area continue to look to our beautiful valley to start their families. My dream is to provide a healthy, safe and uplifting community where our current residents and future generations can grow and succeed. I strive to do this by creating programs that promote the growth of the citizens in our district, promote the ideas of our children through art and education, support the lives of our elderly, and support the needs of our population of people with disabilities.
The economy of our Valley is in dire need of increased focus on employment. I believe that if we increase medical science and services, transportation, tourism, and solar energy systems in our Valley, we will be able to create more jobs for the people in our community. My focus will be employment, education, improving the environment, transportation, tourism, keeping our local areas maintained and beautiful, community health and safety, and improving the overall quality of life in our Valley.
As a local community organizer, I have founded and created many programs that have provided an opportunity for the people who participate to grow and show their talents. I believe in following your dreams and in keeping a positive outlook in all circumstances. I believe in helping others and creating a solid background to help others succeed. As a business person, I have maintained a thriving business for the past 21 years in the Chatsworth area. I believe in strong leadership, hard work, experience and a good education. I have maintained a good standing with local politicians and have worked hard to stand by those who have the community interest at heart.

We have a beautiful community with the most diverse population. This gives us the opportunity to blend our cultures together as Americans that live in this beautiful place the world calls “The Valley.” I have lived here over half of my lifetime. I have studied, worked, started a business and grown and raised my family here. I hope to help provide a better place for all residents of this community to live and raise their families.
